STAR: Situation – I was part of a cross‑functional team building a real‑time analytics platform for a retail client. Task – My role was to design the data ingestion pipeline. Action – I led the design of an AWS Glue crawler to ingest data from S3, implemented schema drift handling, and orchestrated the pipeline with Airflow. I also coordinated with the data engineering team to set up CI/CD for the pipeline. Result – The pipeline processed 10 million records per day with 99.9% uptime, and the team delivered the project two weeks ahead of schedule. I learned the importance of clear ownership and communication. My contribution was recognized with a performance award.
