What are your top three expectations for this new job?

I also hope to attend conferences or internal workshops to stay current with emerging technologies. Third, I expect a collaborative culture that values transparency, continuous improvement, and work‑life balance. I look forward to participating in regular retrospectives, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and cross‑functional projects that foster teamwork.
